"Yeah, it really is."

Ah, thanks for the laugh... it's SO true speaking as a native Californian who's currently renting in Marin County (just North of the GGBridge). I eyeball Austin and Charleston frequently but my husband and I are native SoCal people which ruins us in the inclement weather department. So, we'll be renters until the winning lottery ticket or surprise inheritance finds us ;-)

Thanks for your beautiful shots! I can always count on something uplifting, it's a joy to visit your site.

As a former Texan, it seems Texans can't stop talking about California. An open door really changes one's perspective.

Love those daisies. And Texas has its own share of beautiful days - thank goodness.

*sigh*
I miss SoCal
It's a dry heat, really, so it's not suffocating

Great mix of light in this photo. Love the darker background that brings out the contrast against the petals. Well done.

I would love to live in Florida where a "cold day" is in the 50's in the dead of winter. It's just too expensive. For now, I will soak up every random unseasonably warm Virginia day.
