talking about friendship on selfie
Earlier this month, while I was attending the Mom 2.0 Summit, I had the distinct privilege of appearing on the podcast Selfie. This podcast, created by best friends Kristen Howerton of Rage Against the Minivan and Sarah James of Whoorl, is all about how to take care of yourself, mind-body-spirit. I've been friends with both of these ladies for several years, so it was a lot of fun to join them on their show to talk all about friendship.
Click here or on the arrow below to listen (my part comes on at about 28:57). And next week, I'm so excited to be returning for Season Three of the Make Light Show -- don't forget to subscribe on iTunes, Android, or wherever you listen to your podcasts so you don't miss a thing!
The world can be an unkind place. Be kind anyway — it’s good for you.

All about resilience after breathtaking loss. And so. much. self-compassion.
All about movement as connection. Also, body oil.
Mike Reynolds joins me to talk about feminism, masculinity and standing in your values.
Malaka Gharib joins me to talk about growing up in a multiracial, multinational family and why a hookah and mint tea on the patio is the secret to a good life.
