In early 2006, I began creating a life book for my daughter, Alex. Click here for links to articles describing my experience.
And for those of you who are more digitally inclined, in late 2006, I recreated key pages of Alex's lifebook for an article I wrote for AlphaMom, using Scrapblog.
You can see the final digital result (and leave comments, if you'd like!) here.
Ohhhhh!!!! She is the cutest little bunny ever. Sorry, I can't can't see the killer part. Gavi was a fluffy bear this year. But John told everyone he was a killer Grizzly bear...yeah right!
As if she wasn't cuddly enough! Look at your baby girl...just gorgeous!!!!
(Yes--I owe you an email. The most cranky, sleepless and snot-filled child you ever set eyes on has been pretty much occupying all of my time of late.)
In the immortal words of Yosemite Sam, "Ahhhhhhh hates rabbits." But I'll make a once-in-a-lifetime exception for Alex, who can eat my delphiniums anytime.
Loving the costume - great choice! I must be the lamest mother in the world - my daughter, only a few days older than Alex, is remaining uncostumed this year. I do have an excuse, which may be good or just an excuse - we have nowhere to go, and we live in an apartment, so we also have no one to see. But still, I probably should be getting into all these yearly events anyways, even if it's just for practice for the future. I'm so lame. I can't remember the last time I dressed up for Hallowe'en, or had a proper Christmas tree (okay, it was 2 years ago), or made a turkey for Thanksgiving (never), or celebrated a birthday WITHOUT my parents having to do it for me. I'm 34 years old for crying out loud. When did I become so blah? Sigh...
Guess that's the good thing about kids - they remind you to stay young.
Okay, I'll stop rambling now. Don't know where all that came from!

How cute! I was just hoping you had posted a costume picture and weren't going to make us wait until Monday

How adorable. Foul tempered critters don't smile like that, however.
