Ladies and gentlemen, I believe I have reached what is called a "plateau."

I think you have, but you have to push through it. You are exercising more than me!

Girl I have been at a plateau for the last 3 MONTHS!!!! Just can't seem to get over this speed bump. I'll do like 4-5 days of really good exercise, then either someone wants to go out to eat, or it rains! If you get any suggestions on how to get into gear again, share the wisdom!!!
On another note - "GOOOOOOOO SOCA WARRIORS!!!!! I have everlasting faith in TnT!!

you have to be so proud of yourself for making an effort to be physical everyday. that is such an accomplishment. congratulations! maybe it is a plateau, but you have to think you're still developing muscle and building stamina. i wish i could say i was on a plateau... i've worked out 7 of the past 14 days and, strangely enough, some of my clothes feel tighter. argh.

Karen, I really admire your commitment to getting fit. If I may, could I suggest that you try the workout that I've been doing for the last month? It is called T-Tapp, and if you will remember last week I posted that I lost a full size in three weeks on this program. The best part? It is done in the comfort of your own home, with no equipment other than your body and the workout video. The website is www.t-tapp.com . A few other bloggers are doing this as well Summer at summertime.blog-city.com and Moxie moxie.blogs.com .
