right before i beaned him with a christmas ornament
"I don't know...maybe we should have another child."
"Why -- you want to get pregnant?"
Silence.
"Well??"
"Marcus, just because I suggest something you don't want doesn't mean you have to get ridiculous."
"Well, it seems that your being pregnant would be far less stressful than what we went through before."
"Says you! You don't have to carry the baby!"
"SEE? That's half the stress gone already!"

I dont mind the "we are pregnant" comment. I did, however, get miffed when my husband said, "When we had a C-section". If that was the case, he would have been the first choice to take that pain. Next time, I will carry the baby he can be the one to pass the baby through his body.

Is it something about the holidays that brings forth this conversation? I also think Josh got hit with a Christmas ornament the other night. (God bless Martha Stewart and her no-shatter ornaments.)
We're in the testing phases to see if I can carry another one or not. Who knows. Too much stress. Writing this comment has caused me to break out in hives. GAH!

Ha! It sounds like something my own husband would say. Less stress for him, indeed!

We've had this conversation before, but every six months we look at each and say, "one is enough." Best of luck on your decision!
