my "letter to my 20-something self" appears on NPR's "all things considered"

The lovely Cassie Boorn invited me to contribute to her project, "A Letter To My 20-something Self."  I was thrilled to oblige.

In addition to appearing in the New York Times, it's now appeared on NPR!

closing keynote at the evo 2010 conference -- june 24-26, 2010

I was thrilled to do the closing keynote, along with my dear friend Brené Brown, at the inaugural year of the Evo'10 Social Media Conference, a conference in Park City, Utah, highlighting the evolution of women in social media.

erma bombeck writers' workshop, april 15-17, 2010

I was thrilled to be a faculty member at the biennial Erma Bombeck Writers' Workshop at the University of Dayton in Dayton, Ohio.  The workshop is designed for humour and human interest writers.
