WHAT WOULD BRING YOU TO CALMNESS? I decided to take myself out to a working lunch, to brainstorm an upcoming keynote I'm giving in a couple of weeks. I have an idea about what I'd like to say, but would also value your fresh perspective: Imagine your employer is sending you and your coworkers on a quiet retreat in a beautiful setting, to intentionally take you out of your stressful jobs, to focus on renewal of your spirit before you return to your high-powered and intense work.
