It's cooler and rainy outside today, so I decided to make a huge vat of vegetarian curry. Normally, I'd share the recipe, but the truth is that I don't know it yet -- this was mostly an experiment.
Turned out pretty well, though. Once perfected, I'll likely share the recipe.
(For what it's worth, that giant cast iron pot? Very Trini.)
