« for your weekend viewing pleasure »

Thought I'd pop in to share two things:

1.  I spent some time with my friend Beth this morning, and it was, as always, lovely.  I shot the image above of her eucalyptus tree, and I thought that it was so calming, it would be a good image to leave up for the weekend; and

2.  I'm not a huge Beyonce fan, but her latest effort, "Single Ladies," is sort of catchy.  However, I love the way Pomplamoose Music puts it together below (hat tip Maggie):

NOW have a great weekend.

Photograph of eucalyptus taken with Nikon D300, ancient 50mm manual lens.

Unfreakin' believable. I like their version better than Beyonce's!

I wish I could do that with my hair. (The chick's 'do, not the guy's.)

I've been listening that version since Friday when Mighty Girl posted it. I've sent it to everyone. I love these people! Yesterday, we rode the scooters over to our new taco place. That song was playing in my brain and I'm singing it to myself and bobbing my shoulders as I cruised down the streets. Best part of my day. Hope you had a great weekend!

Thanks for sharing this video. It's a very nice version of the song!
