I can't tell you how much I loved reading what you all stand for in my previous post:  you are a group full of convictions!  Thanks so much for sharing them all.

A couple of you mentioned, either in the comments, or in private notes, that you were also dealing with the fear of going big.  Dude, it's nice to know that I'm not alone.  The last time I felt this acutely was when I was quitting the practice of law to do what I do now.  I've had people tell me that I was so "brave" to make this change, but I guarantee you that bravery had nothing to do with it:  I was petrified.  Also, I was desperate.  I knew that something had to give.

Some time after I quit my job, I came across the quote in the image above, and it gave me some comfort:  I figured if Anaïs said it, it can't be that foreign of an experience.  So I thought I'd share it today, to help encourage us all.

It's time to go big.

Less than a week remains to register for the summer session of Path Finder -- where we'll be doing a ton of exercises that help identify our superpowers and map out how to use them (and since it's been a while since I've done them myself, I'll definitely be doing them all along with you).  If you've already signed up, I'm so looking forward to doing this with you! If you haven't yet signed up, I'd love to have you.  Click here to learn more.
