this was a good week
This was a good week! Here’s why:
• This week was my first solid week of working in my new home office, with Marcus back at his job and Alex back to school, the weather has been cool and crisp, and I’m just happy to be back home. It’s been lovely getting back into routine.
• I’m late sharing this, but I love this story of a kindergarten teacher who played Santa for his kids.
• This sweet dad singing to his sweet baby. Happiness.
• And finally, today’s soundtrack: this cover of the Beatles’ Come Together by Austin guitarist Gary Clark Jr. I stumbled across it yesterday, and haven’t been able to get it out of my mind. Fair warning, though: it goes hard.
