this was a good week
This was a good week! Here’s why:
• Alex had her sports banquet on Sunday, this weekend is a long weekend here in the US, and I took a road trip to a charming little village about an hour outside of Austin, as a possible site for the next Lime Retreat! Guys, this place was magical. If you're up for a very intimate event, with a select group of folks, to connect with like-minded people who want to change the world, and plot your path all while enjoying good food and amazing accommodations in a peaceful setting, then do not hesitate: click here to get on the email list announcing when applications will open up. I'd love to see you!
• And speaking of mesmerizing, how about this woman’s underwater photos? They look like paintings!
• This man saved his village, slated for demolition, through art. So gorgeous.
• And finally an ode to Jennifer Hudson singing The Jeffersons theme song. Listen to the video (because Lord, J-Hud has pipes!), but also read the article — the incredible R. Eric Thomas makes some amazing points about the original song.
And with that, have a great weekend, everyone. For those of you celebrating Memorial Day in the United States, have fun and stay safe.
