happy valentine's day

Alex is quite the avid gymnast, and God bless her gym, they hosted a Parent's Night Out last night:  Alex got to play with all her friends, while Marcus and I had date night.

That beverage you see right there is a Singapore Sling.  And it was good.

Today, we celebrated Valentine's Day.  In our house, we have a rule that we have to make each other valentines.  So for Alex, I made her a kiss from both of us for her backpack:
