Wow​.  I think asking you what you do to make yourself do something you're scared of doing is quite possibly the best question I've asked on this blog all year -- you guys are full of such amazing advice. Thanks so much for sharing.  And if you haven't read the comments on that post, I strongly suggest you do -- it might be just the shot of courage you need.  It was for me.
