this was a good week
This was a good week! Here’s why:
• Spring break begins today, which means my daughter is home for the week. Marcus is going to be working from home this coming week too, and we have no plans — which gives me some calm in light of the coronavirus scares. Also, Marcus’ lemon tree is beginning to bloom, and we have a new licensed driver in the house!
• This Japanese sculptor builds superheroes out of everyday objects, and I kind of want one.
• Ever look at an album cover and wonder what was happening just beyond its edges? This Photoshop wizard has the answers.
• In defense of a drawing habit.
• 9 ways to make working at home more joyful.
• And finally, today’s soundtrack: Vietnam responded early with a catchy song to encourage people to wash their hands frequently in order to combat the coronavirus; and God bless him, Vietnamese dancer Quang Dang choreographed dance moves to the song.
