this was a good week (99/100)
This was a good week! Here’s why:
• It’s been a productive week, including multitasking by doing my work and listening to a really interesting continuing legal education course at the same time, and holy moly, today is my 99th day in a row blogging, and only one more day to make it an even hunny! I didn’t think I could do it, but it looks like I’m going to do it!
• I’ve been working nonstop for months, with no days off — and I’m getting to the point where a vacation will be a non-negotiable. So I’m tucking this article in my back pocket when I get a few days off in the coming months.
• Speaking of which — winter is coming. So what does cocooning look like when … we’ve been cocooning all along?
• Taiwan has gone 200 days without a domestic COVID-19 infection. While this makes me deeply jealous (I ain’t gonna lie), I’m also deeply thrilled for the Taiwanese people. Would that the rest of the world will go this way!
• These TV interviews of Titanic survivors is incredible.
• This Japanese sustainable forestry technique is so interesting.
• And finally, for today’s soundtrack, this little brother doing the #YoucanbeABCS. This young man is a light, and trust and believe, I will be listening to this on repeat through Election Day next week. His enthusiasm is a balm.
