"Over the weekend, I spent a considerable amount of time cleaning out my bedroom closet. I’m vaguely embarrassed by this: those of you who’ve been reading my words for a while now know that we lost 99% of everything we owned in the f
I was just talking to my dad on the phone, and fretting about … well, everything.  And he said, in the way only a Trinidadian father can:

“What is to is will is, my child.”

And he’s so right.
