star collective terms & conditions

Welcome to the Star Collective, a group coaching, masterminding, networking experience for people who are big on using their superpowers to live a meaningful, purposeful and value-driven life! I'm so glad you're here. Beginning on May 1st and for the 7 months that follow, we’ll be meeting monthly via Zoom, connecting via Mighty Networks, and you’ll even connect with each other, to provide a supported environment for working toward your biggest dreams.

You agree to be open, present and prepared to complete the work as a team together. In Star Collective we take care of ourselves, and we take care of each other. We’ll keep what’s private private, and we’ll encourage and support each other along the way. That said, remember, you’re responsible for your own success and implementation of objectives met.   

You’re solely responsible for creating and implementing your own physical, mental and emotional well-being, decisions, choices, actions and results arising out of or resulting from the coaching relationship, coaching calls and interactions with all members of the Star Collective.  As such, you agree that Karen Walrond is not and will not be liable or responsible for any actions or inaction, or for any direct or indirect result of any services provided. You understand coaching is not therapy and does not substitute for therapy if needed, and does not prevent, cure, or treat any mental disorder or medical disease. It is your exclusive responsibility to seek such independent professional guidance as needed.

In respect of the documents specifically created for you as part of the Star Collective, I maintain all of the copyright, other intellectual property rights and any other data or material used or subsisting in the material, whether finished or unfinished. Nothing in this relationship shall transfer ownership of or rights to any intellectual property to you, nor grant any right or license other than those stated here.

Upon payment of this commitment, you are also committing to pay the full purchase amount, for all 7 months, by April 15th, or as detailed in the payment schedule below. There are no refunds, to ensure that everyone is fully committed to the coaching our collective.

If you select a payment plan option, you agree to pay the outstanding remainder of the registration fee according to the following payment schedule:

Payment 1: May 15th
Payment 2: August 15th
Payment 3: October 15th

In the event you fail to make any of the payments within a payment plan during the time prescribed, your participation may be disallowed until payment is paid in full, including disallowing access to modules, materials, and coaching calls or sessions.

What happens in Star Collective stays in Star Collective. In order to ensure that Star Collective remains a safe space, all communications that we have together are confidential, and should be treated as such.
