Whenever I've finished a large project -- a new complicated recipe, a good book, whatever -- I find myself torn between wanting to start another project (just to ride the productivity wave) and stopping and doing nothing, remaining very still, and catching my breath.
While I really don't have the luxury to do so, right now I feel the need to catch my breath. If only for 24 hours. So, today, I'm going to do a bit of catch up, sprinkled liberally with lots of quiet time.
And maybe stop by a place with paper lanterns for a quiet cup of tea.
