Hi, friends — and officially, Happy New Year! I’m hoping you had a wonderful few weeks at the end of 2019 to relax and recuperate a little. Time to really make some moves for 2020!

And given this, I wanted to start our week back by sharing with you my most recent episode of The Make Light Show. For so many people, resolutions around exercise and getting fit abound.
