this was a good week
This was a good week! Here’s why:
• Some rain brought in cooler weather (although it’s getting hot again this weekend!), we visited our first college fair and Alex saw some universities that look interesting to her, and Marcus got some good news at work. It’s all good.
• I’m not Indian, I’m Trini; and Marcus is not Danish, he’s British — and yet, this is pretty much exactly what our family life is like. Exactly. Down to the quotes.
• A baby zebra with spots instead of stripes. The beauty of different, baby.
• This Danish band joyfully greeted their new Japanese conductor … at the airport.
• And finally, today’s soundtrack: Everybody Wants to Rule the World, covered by Pomplamoose. Because, because why not?
