achieve your goals (make light season 4, episode 10)
“For most of us, whenever we set goals, we often have gremlins show up: those voices in our heads that say things like, ‘that’s a ridiculous goal,’ or ‘are you serious? You’re never going to achieve that,’ or “‘t’s not like you’ve ever been successful at achieving your goals in the past,’ ‘who do you think you are, Oprah?’
Because of this, the first thing I like to do when setting my goals is get myself in the right frame of mind to do them – and remind myself that I can do hard things.”

It occurred to me that I hadn’t share this with you guys yet — so join me on this week’s episode of the Make Light Show, where I do just that.
